Purpose: Reviewing and replying to business enquiries
Information collected: Required: name, email, enquiry type, message · Optional: organisation, phone · Automatic: time of submission, language
Retention: Kept for one year from the submission date. After that, the enquiry record and its alert record are deleted by a daily automatic process.
Alert email copies: Your enquiry is forwarded to the operator's Gmail inbox as an alert. When the retention period ends, that alert is moved to Trash automatically and Gmail deletes it permanently within 30 days. Later correspondence, such as replies, is not deleted automatically and is managed by the operator.
Legal exceptions: Where a law requires retention, the information is kept separately for the period that law sets.
Service providers: Website and database hosting: Lovable · Alert email: Google (Gmail). Processing may take place on servers outside Korea.
Access, correction & deletion: Use this form, choose 'Other partnerships' and include your reference number. Once confirmed, we delete the enquiry record and its alert email.
Declining: You may decline; the enquiry cannot be submitted without consent.
